If you would like to receive faster shipping from US domestic vendors look for products labeled shipped locally. Most products are labeled with an estimated delivery time, please take note of delivery time when purchasing as delayed shipping is not a valid reason for returns.

We ship our items nationwide. Shipping to countries other than the United States may be subject to additional duties and fees, which vary depending on the local regulations. Customs policies vary widely between nations. Some packages may be delayed by custom agents in rare cases.

Yes, packaging comes completely blank with no mention of LGBT or Gay Rainbow Pride.
Has my order been shipped?
Usually order processing can take up to 5 - 7 business days. But shipping can take longer due to demand in popular products as well as high volume in orders.

For orders from United States, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, and Singapore, estimated delivery time is 9-12 Days.
For the rest of the world, delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
Please note that delivery time may take longer due to the courier transit time.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order,we recommend you to contact us ( ideally within 24- 48 hours).We will be unable to make changes or cancel an order once the item/items have been processed.
What is the best way for me to track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you including your tracking numbers for your items. Additionally, our website has an embedded tracking system that is easy to use.Your package is also trackable using your local postal tracking system.
Can I expect my package to include everything I ordered?
In some cases, even if you have selected combined shipping, items in a single purchase may be sent separately.This should be kept in mind when receiving deliveries.
Can I change the shipping address after I sent the wrong shipping information?

When will my refund be processed?
Within 48-72 hours of receiving your request and determining whether your request is eligible for a refund, we will send you a refund.The refund amount will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A refund will take place if the item returned has not been used and or worn. Shipping will not be included in the refund. If you want to exchange a product, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to do so.
